What makes Amber's so Special?
    Ambers was designed exclusively for dog and cats, Our design and service are what you would expect to find in a premier boarding hotel.
How much does it cost to board your pet?
    The cost of boarding your dog(s) depends on room size, room choice, additional services and the length of stay.
How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
    We recommend that as soon as you know you will be needing boarding, give us a call, we can book up to a year in advance but generally 3 weeks in advance, and 8 weeks for holidays is sufficient to ensure availability.
What are your hours?
    Our Lobby is open Monday-Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM except for: Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day, Tours are available between the 8:00-12:00 and 2:00-5:00.
PET TAXI Service?
    For those of you, that are just too busy, we have you covered, We will transport your pet to the hotel and back home if needed for a nominal charge. $20.00 for pick up or delivery within a 5 mile radius, each mile over charged at $1.00 per mile, Mapquest from 92883.
Do we have to bring our own bed?
    Ambers does provide Raised cots for all of our guests. Although we do encourage you to bring you own bedding as most pets will feel more comfortable with there own, (Just like you would feel with your own pillow) you may also bring your pets favorite chew toy. We do carry a complete line of dog beds and toys if you wish. Please limit your toys to 3 total.
My Pet likes his own food?
    To prevent stomach upsets, we encourage you to bring your dog's or cat's favorite food. The food may be individually packaged by portion, or, if more convenient bring a small bag of food. In the absence of owner provided food, we offer for sale all organic grain free dog food or if you prefer we also carry the raw diet. We also have a refrigerator and microwave for the pet that needs a special prepared meal.
How many times a day does my dog get out?
    Each Guest will be walked to the relief area at least three times per day for potty breaks.
Am I required to have my pet spayed and neutered prior to boarding?
    Ambers does not require your pet be spayed or neutered prior to boarding. However they would have to stay in his/her suite during their stay. (See Details On Specialized Care)
